Chez Ordoñez is the founder and principal strategist of Regalis Mgmt, a multi-sector social change agency that is dedicated to uplifting meaningful causes. 

Often dubbed the "PR Czar", he is an entrepreneur, renowned public relations strategist, keynote speaker, and a leading authority on civil, equal, and human rights. 

Afforded as "The Honorable", Chez is formerly the Commissioner of Equal Rights for the city of Milwaukee, sweeping rights and protections were enacted under his tenure such as:

• a leader in passing one of the first resolutions in the nation  declaring racism a public health crisis

• led the nation's first municipal [Adaptive] Bike-Share Program, specifically aimed to be inclusive for persons with varying physical abilities

• passing one of the first resolutions in the nation  declaring racism a public health crisis

• housing and employment protections of an individual's HIV status

• immigrant status protections

• source-of-income protections.

• creation of gender-inclusive restrooms

• enacted a "card-only" ban: preventing stores (merchants) from denying cash as a form of payment

• abolishment of Columbus Day; replaced with Indigenous Peoples Day, and more. 

While leading Regalis Mgmt, Chez was also recently appointed as the Executive Director of the  Equal Protections Council, a new nonprofit organization focused on preserving civil and human rights.  

Previous notable roles include: on-air news/talk producer; Wisconsin State Senate communications director; head of government relations for a leading LGBTQ organization; Midwest marketing director for The Salvation Army.
