Afforded as "The Honorable", Chez is formerly the Commissioner of Equal Rights for the city of Milwaukee, sweeping rights and protections were enacted under his tenure such as:
a leader in passing one of the first resolutions in the nation declaring racism a public health crisis
led the nation's first municipal [Adaptive] Bike-Share Program, specifically aimed to be inclusive for persons with varying physical abilities
